My New Toy

I got this tripod last weekend from America and I love it! This weekend we camped at our little smallholding - supposedly so we can get more done but it was so hot nothing at all got done except stressing about the weeding and watering.
Anyway it really was the business. We had a fire going all day, for the inevitable cups of tea. It comes with a suspended grill tray which is great for burgers, sausages or kebabs and then a chain you can hang a kettle from. You heat water in a bowl ontop (I've got a fab enamel one) which is just the right temperature for washing up when all the food is gone!
My plan is to take my paella dish over and try risotto next weekend. Everyone should have one.
