I love these. If I had the time and energy I would make old fashioned party hats for my kids parties but to honest something has to give! So Poppy will be having a table with these at every place setting, great for tiny heads and grown up ones. 4 hats per box. The box is ideal for storing until next time so they should get more than one outing - assuming people dont adopt them!
